MINDFULNESS TEACHER

I have taught over a thousand children and adults how to bring mindfulness into their daily lives through a wide range of easily accessible meditative exercises. The very positive results of these interactions continually inspire me to share this wonderful practice with people from all walks of life. 

I create bespoke meditations, personalised recordings and educational videos for a diverse range of clients. I have worked with the BBC and have also organised a Guinness record attempt for the world’s largest mindfulness lesson.

Mindfulness means something slightly different to each of us, as we all bring to it a unique set of life and learning experiences. For me, it is both an exercise and a way of living that can help us find a calmer, kinder, wiser path to long-term mental and physical wellbeing. At the heart of my teaching is finding a balance between developing a daily formal practice and discovering the joy of informal mindful moments in the least expected ways.

I trained with the UK College of Mindfulness Teachers and can be found on their register as a certified practitioner. I can offer individual and group coaching, as well as leading large-scale presentations for organisations.
